Accessing your mail
To dialup to HPL you have to get an account set up from Larry Lentner (8241). Then set up your computer with the login, password and phone number you are using to dial in (410.221.8424). If there is a local number from Salisbury or Easton then you use ext. 8424 after that number i.e.410-803-3021,,,8424. The commas are for a pause to wait for the intro message. Once your HPL account has been established and your software configured correctly, you can access your e-mail from virtually anywhere in the world. If you're logged on to the network here at the Lab or anywhere else in the world acceptable mail utilities are (PC) and (MAC) . Checking your email on the web should ONLY be used off campus.
